The Prestigious Professional  L.L.C is a community-based professional development firm that provides cultural competence and justice oriented employment, career, and business services to BIPOC job seekers, students, career professionals, and entrepreneurs.  We help individuals to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience to achieve personal growth and success through unique career planning, professional development and leadership training. 

Prestigious Professional is a social enterprise that combat social justice issues like unemployment, economic security, racial inequality, equity inequality and discrimination within the workplace. The problem with most BIPOC career professionals in the workforce is that they feel overworked, undervalued, unnoticed and not heard. Here at the TPP we listen to our clients and we value their work experiences by teaching them how to identify their strengths, goals, work values and purpose in the workforce .

Our vision is to bring about a new generation of professionals that are leading in the workforce with passion, productivity, potential and purpose. Here at The Prestigious Professional, we provide a holistic person centered approach to employment services that uplifts and inspires people who have not yet found a sense of purpose in the workforce.

Inspiring Social Worker in her last year of college getting an AS in Social Work. Jacqueline is an Inclusive Career Coach and certified Human Service worker with 3 years of experience  serving as an Employment Counselor with the government and local social service agencies here in Minnesota. Jacqueline successfully led and ran 3 Employment Assistance  programs with the State of Minnesota assisting over 100+ individuals from different cultural backgrounds with accomplishing their career, business, and educational goals through distinctive career goals and planning. Jacqueline has a passion for helping others succeed which is why she started The Prestigious Professional. She discovered wanting to help people acquire leadership skills.
